As a OCT CPEE Films Cost Engineer, you are responsible for overseeing activities to achieve the Best in Class Cost performance across the network. You are also expected to work closely with the sites to find out areas of opportunities and analyse their performance-to-plan data to improve the overall cost of operations. Your responsibilities (not exhaustive) includes facilitating network meetings such as the Area Cost Meetings and cost related workshops. You will also need to assist the CPEE Cost Program Manager to oversee your respective area cost program by enabling key initiatives in the Cost Rock Program. You will also need to work with the global supporting functions such as facilities, procurement to enable synergy with the Cost Rock Program.


Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Managing Area cost program and track the projects completion per plan
  • Actively improving the Area cost effectiveness and efficiency through alignment across the network
  • Managing Area program monthly OSIR update process
  • Collaborate with program managers to ensure various update for leadership team meet the business need
  • Lead the cost improvement activities, workshop, and initiatives


Facilitate and manage WW area meeting and activities

  • Facilitate regular area meetings and communicate with members to stimulate discussion among members. Use appropriate tools to make business decisions.
  • Ensure each project meets the program requirements
  • Perform a leadership role to ensure Area project progress and action items are being tracked and closed


Requirements :

  • Masters/Bachelors from Engineering backgrounds with relevant experiences.
  • Willing to travel
