職務内容

・F15 MFG ME PHOTO Managerは配下のME PHOTO Engineer, ME PHOTO Technicianを率い、ME PHOTO Senior Managerにレポートする。

・F15 PHOTOエリアの装置稼動に関するResponsibility, Accountability を持ち配下のチームを指揮し生産に対する障害を取り除く。

・ME部門Goal、Fab Goalの達成に向け、Area内での改善活動を主導する。

・パフォーマンスマネージメントの文化をドライブしチームメンバーのキャリアアップや将来のリーダーを育てる。

 

業務内容

  • Drive a Safety Culture with emphasis on proactively reducing incidents.
  • Plan for continuous improvement in Quality, Cost, Output and employee engagement.
  • Continually develop skills in data analysis, critical thinking, decision making, leadership, and quality methods.
  • Responsible for the daily execution of area operations and making sure KPI’s are met across all shifts.
  • Work with peer organizations to remove any barriers that inhibit wafer movement or compromise quality
  • Forecast and manage the execution of all scheduled work in your area that involve tool upgrades/de-install, facility/IT/AMHS interruption, engineering requests, with the goal of minimizing variation to overall fab performance.
  • Drive actions in your area to exceed business plan moves, fab wafer output and delivery requirements.
  • Resolve tactical operational issues through teamwork with Process Engineering, Planning, Quality and Product Engineering.
  • Foster a quality culture in your area with emphasis on prevention, detection and change point management.
  • Manage Fab equipment (Scanners, Lasers) maintenance and ensure all tools meet production and quality requirements
  • Ensure procedures are in place and followed for all work activities.
  • Be a change agent on company initiatives.
  • Lead Fab projects and collaborate with other Fabs for BKM deployment.
  • Review and follow up on all safety, quality and workplace issue for closure.
  • Make sure all team members meet minimum core training requirements to perform their job.
  • Develop, communicate and manage Area Performance Goals with all team members.
  • Provide documented performance management regularly for all direct reports.
  • Mentor direct reports and develop successors in all roles.

 

募集要件

・E3以上のエンジニアまたはこれに準ずる業務経験を有する。

・スーパーバイザー業務もしくはそれに準ずるようなメンバーを率い教育を推進する業務経験を有する。

・社内外の人や組織とのコミュニケーションを円滑に取り、交渉、指示を与えることができる。

・生産状況に関する各種レポート、アプリケーションを参照し、生産状況を理解できる。

・技術データを、状況に応じて理解し説明する能力を有する。

・パワーポイントやその他アプリケーションを用いて、レポートを作成することができる。

・辞書を用いるなどして英語を用いたコミュニケーションができる。また学ぶ意欲がある。

・電気、機械、ガス、化学、物理に関する基本的な知識を有する。
