Job Description of ADTJ RDA Process Manager

Job Summary

As a Manager for Fab15 RDA, you will be responsible for establishing and working towards Line Of Sight goals to achieve Fab targets at the needed cadence. Manage all staffing, training, and personnel development of team members. Develop strong collaboration with various stakeholders to improve all aspects of the team to meet Micron and Fab goals. 


Responsibilities and Tasks

Work with PIE/PEE to identify the defect reduction direction to focus on and what it takes to achieve the goal in the shortest possible time. This involves using data that is clear and accurate for PEE to work on. Work with areas to escalate issues that require line down due to high yield loss detected inline. Collaborate internally RDA to establish a good detection for key fab issues. Work with YE to establish potential defect gaps and align the yield loss message sent out to PEE. Other responsibilities could include but not limited to:

  • Identify areas of opportunities with the necessary data and communicate clearly the direction to other teams.
  • Maintain processes that ensure timely and accurate communication between shifts, other teams, and leadership.
  • Guide technical and career development of TM using SF.
  • Timely execution of data for possible yield opportunities.
  • Work with Suppliers to generate yield solutions so as to hit yield goals.
  • Identify and explore new methods of analysis and automation to increase productivity for TM.
  • Collaborate   with MCT on BKM sharing on yield related or potential analysis solutions.
  • Work with QE on possible containment of key issues to ensure Quality products are shipped out.




Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • Engineering
  • Related field of study




2 years experience in any of the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience





  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and see them to conclusion based on a given timeline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret data.


  • Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring, coaching and leading others.
  • Strong and systematic organizational skills.


  • Ability to mentor and manage the performance of direct and eventual reports.


  • Demonstrated success in developing and promoting technical expertise.


  • Able to present technical data on area performance to small and large groups.


  • Successfully sets the behavioral example by being proactive, jumping on the problems, communicating openly, and taking responsibility.


  • Strong ability to drive complex projects to completion.
