Job Descriptions

As a dedicated engineer in the production technology area such as photolithography, dry etching, diffusion, film formation, CMP, cleaning process, etc., in the product manufacturing process consisting of hundreds of semiconductor memory front-end production factories, the product processing process and processing equipment Management planning proposal and implementation for introducing processing technology of new products and launching new facilities introduction and improvement of all abilities such as productivity, quality and cost will be carried out.

In conducting this task, in addition to semiconductor process technology and equipment technology, it is required to master basic semiconductor device knowledge.
Semiconductor production technology is not only electronic technology but also work related to many technical fields such as chemistry, electricity, machinery, etc. It is a job type that can make use of various technical field skills.




You will be in charge of specific process equipment areas of various process equipment technologies such as photolithography, dry etching, diffusion, film formation, CMP and cleaning process, and will work as a member of the team in the area to which you belong

Work on improving yield, cost, and production efficiency of the processes in charge, and take responsibility for practical implementation of technical proposal proposal, evaluation execution and mass production.
Study, implement and manage the countermeasures against problems and tasks occurring in the process, report it to the people concerned as a technical report, and contact them.
Share the information of the process in charge with other departments including development department and overseas site and work together to formulate and execute the best method by collaborating.




  • Be able to analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Person who has practical experience using chemistry, electric / electronic, mechanical technology etc at production factory or science and technology research facility. Or, those who have a graduation career at a science university / graduate school, regardless of current work.


  • Those who have experience in engineering work at a semiconductor manufacturing factory.
  • Experience in improving activities in the technical field.
  • Have experience working collaboratively with technical work and research with overseas stakeholders.
  • Experience working in fields requiring outstanding production technology management development capabilities such as semiconductor related equipment manufacturers, automobiles, medical, food and other electronic parts related industries.
  • Persons who can have their own intention, think themselves, and move to action.
  • Person who is good in logical explanation ability
  • Persons who can inspire themselves and teams and create the driving force to move forward in difficult escape.




  • Having an academic qualification beyond or equivalent to a physicochemistry university graduate.
  • Experience in preparing reports and papers on technical topics. For example, bachelor thesis or academic presentation.


  • Persons who do not feel resistant to exchange of e-mails in English or reading comprehension of English sentences.
  • Experience in research presentation at a technical conference
