Job Description             

Role of ADT-PEE WET engineer is to meet TTMCY, TTQ and capacity ramp business plan in new product introduction phase by delivering desired process step by maximizing our process-equipment abilities.                           

To lead PEE team in DRAM network for ramping new technology yield and capacity.                   

To provide robust process/equipment condition to meet TTMCY goal as rapid as possible, and ramp tools to protect New Products delivery business plan.                 

To create TTMCY and ramp BKM through team work, engineering breakthrough and passion for innovation.              


Job Roles                        

To get trained for safety to understand Micron safety policy and demonstrate it in your working.                 

To be assigned as Process Equipment Engineer in WET area.                           

To drive improvement activities to meet TTMCY and Capacity ramp goals.                 

To achieve Capacity and Yield improvement continuously by installing/ retrofitting a new kind of equipment.                 

To accomplish the mass production by collaborating related departments and identifying/ solving problems during new product introduction phase.                       

To address and solve technical issues by establishing a new technology with vendor engagement.                     

To drive any improvement activities by collaborating with managers, engineers and technician who belong to even other areas and departments.                   

To communicate with other Micron sites to share any information each other and drive improvement activities and standardization                


 Skills Required/ Qualifications (No need to meet all requirements)                           

To be able to do self-control in terms of working and health.                    

Having more than one year-experience as engineer or technician in semi-conductor field.                   

Having skills to use Microsoft OfficeOutlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.             

Having a growth mindset and interest on leading-edge technology.                           

To be able to put effort continuously to meet goals.Tenacity              

Having a capability to organize issues and approach to them. And having a mindset to achieve with breakthrough.Innovation                    

Having a capability to discuss with related departments and to support or drive the project.Collaboration
