As an Emerging Memory Architect for Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the definition of next generation Emerging Memory chips. The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Identify and innovate new concepts and features based on customer requirements for next generation applications
  • Develop product architecture specifications and data sheets
  • Work closely with design team members during all phases of design, from concept to production
  • Interface with groups such as product engineering and test to assure the best cost, quality and time-to-market
  • Stay abreast of new advanced technology and architecture trends in the market

 

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of architecture or design experience in memory products
  • Proven history of defining innovative solutions to product and system challenges
  • Experience with DDR/LPDDR interfaces
  • Exposure to analog and digital circuit design
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • The ability to be highly organized, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • The ability to work with other engineers across multiple disciplines and geographies

 

 

Education/Experience requirements:

  • BA or BS with 5 years’ experience or a MS with 3 years of industrial experience with Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
