As a Test Solutions Engineering Test Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for the development and debug of test programs that enable the testing of sophisticated semiconductor memory devices. We work closely with the Technology and Products Group to develop Micron's future memory technology. We accomplish this by developing and deploying new memory technologies. Your role is to ensure Process, Design, and Product Engineering have the feedback vital to improve the technology and minimize time to market. Through collaborating with worldwide teams and encouraging innovation, we can minimize the time to measurable data, and thus enable Micron's continued success as a technology leader.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • You will work with outside teams to develop the test flow strategy to validate managed NAND new product introductions through the qualification process
  • You will develop the test code for validation of managed NAND devices
  • Data analysis will be performed by analyzing device yields and characterization data
  • Work closely with product engineering teams to develop a design for test features to drive lower costs and increased efficiency

Skills:

  • Strong background knowledge or experience in computer engineering or electrical engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, multifaceted, environment.
  • Demonstrate Data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills with an eye for details.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
  • Solid understanding of C/C++ is a must
  • Linux/Unix, working knowledge of Python, knowledge of ARM/ARC controllers and compilers is a plus

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
