Talent Management Coordinator

The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for managing the Technology and Products (TPG) Global Job Rotation Program to develop, grow, and retain TPG team members. The Talent Management Coordinator will work in partnership with TPG leaders, HRBPs, and area program managers to facilitate an experience that provides a wholistic view of the process to encourage innovation. The Talent Management Coordinator will continuously improve program processes to ensure new learning and best practices are leveraged on the job and team members expand their network to foster increased collaboration across TPG.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Technology & Products (TPG) leaders, Human Resources Business Partners and supporting organizational Program Managers (PMs) to lead the TPG Global Job Rotation Program
  • Facilitate the planning, execution, and evaluation of the program through the fiscal-year process
  • Document key program business processes, guidelines and standards
  • Lead program expansion across the Global TPG organization
  • Onboard and mentor new area Program Managers
  • Establish and manage the program nomination process
  • Coordinate Job Rotation Program graduate presentations
  • Facilitate all communications, establish program success metrics, and monitor change process    
  • Integrate best practices and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Experience developing readiness programs, training, or stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, drive strategy, and be flexible in approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective meeting facilitation skills
  • Effective workload management skills, with proven ability to balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and directed, with a high level of initiative

  • Bachelor’s degree
