Sr Manager IT Sales Solutions

As an IT Solution Manager for Sales Solutions, you will lead a solution team using Agile & Scrum methodology, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders.  You will be responsible for delivering Sales software applications based in Salesforce, Model N, and EDI.  This role will also be part of the overall leadership team within PLM, BU & Sales (PBS) IT Organization.  Accountable for delivering quality solutions through close business stakeholder partnership, with a focus on business process in a high-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

 

These include, but are not limited to, the following: 

 

  • As a member of the PBS leadership team this role will be involved in:
    • Defining strategy and roadmap for the solution evolution
    • Defining standards across all programs and platforms
    • Alignment with global Solution Managers to ensure a cohesive design and solution
    • Developing close partnership and collaboration with business stakeholders as well as external IT teams
  • Developing a cohesive global team working in a ‘One Team’ culture to deliver holistic solutions 
  • Solution team execution/deployment accountability and issue resolution
  • Solution architecture collaboration/alignment across internal and external teams
  • Standards compliance to IT and area guidelines
  • Direct management and career development of Sales IT solution team members including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers
  • Accountable for delivery of solutions to schedule for enterprise level programs, providing roadmap, senior management communications, and driving issue resolution to closure

 

Qualifications:  

 

  • 10+ years of experience leading an IT team in large, enterprise wide implementations
  • Ability to drive high performing teams to deliver an aggressive portfolio focused on delivering business value     
  • Experience in proactively building strong/collaborative business partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • High level of orchestration skills across complex relationships  
  • Salesforce and/or Model N experience and Sales business concept knowledge  
  • Solution architecture experience on an enterprise solution
  • Demonstrable ability to execute and deliver in an Agile framework
  • Experience with people leadership and career development
  • Proven problem-solving skills including diagnostic and research
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership by absorbing and retaining information across a range of technical areas
  • SAP-OM knowledge (preferred)

 

 
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
