As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be sourcing and placing individuals in a variety of technician, engineering, and site leadership roles and owning end-to-end recruiting activities. This is a memory manufacturing site and you will support multiple engineering groups including process development, process integration, facilities, and quality. You will work closely with hiring managers providing expertise to create job descriptions, define job specifications, job duties and qualifications.


The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate, consult and advise site hiring managers and site leadership team on recruiting strategy, tactics, process, and best practices.



Specific job responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, drawing upon consulting skills and staffing expertise to recommend best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire
  • Partner with hiring teams and management stakeholders to meet business hiring requirements
  • Leverage sourcing techniques utilizing a wide variety of tools, technology, and networks
  • Direct and manage excellent communication with external candidates to provide a world class interview experience
  • Ability to support recruiting for multiple locations as needed
  • Plan, prepare, and represent Micron at industry and college recruiting events to attract talent and build the Micron employer brand



Successful candidates for this position will:

  • Be competitive, energetic, and a motivated professional with 12+ years recruiting experience
  • Have experience recruiting for highly skilled engineers and technicians for semiconductor or related industries
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage multiple requisitions
  • Have excellent customer focus and ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Possess strong communication skills, demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, and have effective cross-team collaboration skills
  • Have the desire to research and stay current on relevant technical and memory/semiconductor business activities
  • Be proficient in MS Office and ATS systems



Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, Technical/Engineering or related field of study

Combination of experience and education (without a degree) will also be considered
