Senior Financial Analyst I - Finance Strategy Group

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Build and maintain complex financial / valuation models including: DCF, Accretion / Dilution, Market Multiples, and Comparative Transactions

Active involvement in due diligence

Support the deal process across all functions of Micron’s business and work with external bankers

Prepare and deliver presentations to internal partners and executive team

Prepare deal related board materials

Support Long-term Forecasts and Strategic Plan

Support Micron’s long-term modeling efforts required for the Strategic Plan, Capital Market Transactions, and/or Credit Rating Agency Presentations

Develop a strong understanding of: long-term macro and industry specific trends, Micron’s specific businesses, and its financial systems

 

Strategic Analysis

 

Partner cross functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, and Business Units to support various critical initiatives

Deliver financial and strategic analysis on existing and new business opportunities

Your Qualifications include, but not limited to:

Investment banking, investment research, private equity, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience preferred

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Economics required (or equivalent)

Progress toward or completion of CFA / MBA beneficial

Strong financial modeling experience required

Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Factset preferred

Capable of working under tight deadlines

Self-starter capable of seeing a project through from inception to completion

Ability to work independently and cross functionally
