As Senior Financial Analyst, IT Business Partner, you will play a central role in capital investment and operational expense planning. You will be encouraged to serve as the primary liaison between the IT, Procurement, and Operations Finance teams in Asia and Boise. This role requires excellent business partnering skills and the ability to collaborate optimally with a broad and diverse group of stakeholder organizations. The ideal candidate will be an expert professional looking for a highly visible role interacting with senior executives to drive corporate financial initiatives in preparation for future career advancement.

 

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Asia and Boise Operations Finance teams to ensure alignment on the following items:

  • Management of organizational Capital budgets (projects, return on investment’s, savings targets, etc).
  • Management of organization operational expense budgets.
  • Analysis of the financial impact of capital and operational decisions.
  • Ensure delivery of quality and timely financial data.
  • Audit IT cost savings projects.
  • Understand the missions and priorities of each organization.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within each organization.
  • Find opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate optimally with team members and leaders in diverse geographies.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Educate the teams on systems, processes and policies.
  • Preparation of executive level presentations.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Market Awareness - understanding of the industry, market, geographies and competitors.
  • Business Insight - demonstrates knowledge of internal and external business drivers, decisions, relationships and influencing factors.
  • Collaboration and Facilitation - leads without authority, collaborates with a broad approach across geographic and organizational cultures to achieve mutual success.
  • Work Coordination - leads or participates in the planning, communication, and execution of work activities in a coordinated and efficient manner.
  • Personal Development - seeks out growth and learning opportunities.
