Sales Organizational Change Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts

  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted Change management plans (including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan)
  • Work closely with sponsors and project teams to integrate Change management activities and strategy into the project plan and support the execution of plans by employee- facing managers and business leaders
  • Conduct change assessments, evaluate results and present findings/mitigation plans in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes

Establish Change Management Tools and Coach Others on Their Use

  • Participate and lead enterprise  Sales-Driven and Enterprise Change Management activities
  • Proactively coach senior leaders including executive sponsors
  • Consult and coach business process analysts, project managers and change practitioners on strategies to increase adoption, and create standards of what type of Change management tools work best in various situations
  • Provide resources and training to others to increase Change managment effectiveness throughout team
  • Play an active role in Micron's organizational Change Management center of excellence, and create best known practices 

 

Your Qualifications include, but not limited to:

  • 5 years experience leading significant complex, cross functional enterprise level organizational change efforts.
  • Show a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, and know how to source, develop and apply tools and frameworks
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences both vertically and horizontally
  • Can influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Have the demonstrated ability to lead, to take difficult stands and to facilitate effective decision making in difficult situations
  • Flexible and adaptable are terms that describe you; you’re able to work in ambiguous situations and resolve a path forward
  • Have ability to recognize and convey a clear understanding of the interdependencies and impact across organizational boundaries
  • Have familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Education

Required

Bachelors Degree

  • Business Administration/Management or related Degree
  • Organizational Management/Behavior or related Degree 

Desired

Certificate

  • Formal certification in change management methodology (eg. Prosci)
