As a Sales Enablement Coordinator at Micron, you will play a key role in effective execution of Value Based Selling workshops through preparation, set-up and operation, as well as follow-up sessions required through internal coordination with change lead, enablement lead and program lead/sponsor to execute activities to help drive sales capability and enablement success. You will drive continual improvements through leveraging perspective from cross-functional knowledge to engage on incremental enhancements. You will also lead coordination of content creation and preparation required for the program used by Senior leaders, facilitators in the workshops, any follow-up sessions and communication/updates. As this role is highly involved in implementing change, you may support leading change management activities required for medium and low risk changes within Worldwide Sales as time permits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience preferred in past coordination of medium-scale workshop coordination involving cross-functional internal teams and logistics vendors
  • Have good end to end vision of coordinating workshop conferences involving 30-50 team members across the globe
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrate the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Have the demonstrated ability to lead, to take difficult stands under strain, and to facilitate effective decision-making in difficult situations
  • Able to work in ambiguous situations and resolve a path forward
  • Have ability to recognize and convey a clear understanding of the interdependencies and impact across organizational boundaries to enable successful program execution
  • Have familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Show a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process, and know how to source, develop and apply standard change management methods, tools and frameworks
  • Flexibility of works hours needed to support objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
