Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with Partners to Deliver Strategic Solutions with regards to Reporting and Analytics

  • Understand core Sales Operations business processes and goals
  • Help drive delivery and implementation of Sales critical initiatives
  • Ensure partners share a common understanding of scope, requirements, problems/opportunities
  • Help define metrics and measurement information to proactively engage in process improvement
  • Leverage process improvement techniques to perform process analysis and identify opportunities for enhancement in efficiencies
  • Identify solutions and recommendations to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate capabilities and constraints to ensure partner expectations are met
  • Initiate and sustain effective communication with internal and external partners
  • Identify and coordinate Inter-project Data Dependencies
  • Promote services that create, modify, or consume enterprise data or information
  • Identify data requirements and ensure use of standardized master data and compliance to company data governance standards
  • Provide training and support

Provide Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in existing policies and processes and suggest improvements
  • Work with partners to coordinate agreed upon process improvements
  • Keep existing process documentation up to date and develop process documentation for new processes

Champion Enterprise-Information Metadata

  • Champion the value of metadata to the enterprise
  • Manage change to align Micron to information architecture
  • Develop Conceptual Data Model and Conceptual Data Flow for project and secure approval among Architecture peers
  • Provide training and best practices to Information Worker (IW) community
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with defined metadata methodology
  • Identify opportunities for improvements
  • Enable and support data governance to ensure structure, procedures, quality, accuracy, alignment, and standards
