Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ownership and oversight of Customer Service and Support related scorecard items

Co-own current quarter Account Sales Plan attainment with Field Sales

Proactive monitoring/analyzing of sales forecast

Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations

Pricing analysis, execution, and communication

Customer market intelligence activities and reporting

Engagement in Customer Escalation

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations

Identify and drive for continuous improvement including the establishment of global best practices for exceptional customer experience

Transform data into insights to drive revenue growth

Your Qualifications include, but not limited to:

Strong communication and leadership skills

Adaptable in a highly dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Ability to prioritize, and multi-task.

Self-starter, Self-motivated, driven, dedicated, and willing to learn with a strong desire for team success.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate fluently, English is desirable; additional languages are considered an asset.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (ideally SAP, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Model N).

Additionally, the successful candidate must have the following:

Bachelors Degree

5+ years related experience preferable.
