As Sr. Director of SSD Quality and Reliability Assurance (QRA) in the Global Quality (GQ) team, you will be responsible for ensuring product development, qualification, and manufacturing processes deliver best-in-class SSD product quality and reliability.  You will lead an industry-leading, highly motivated and technical group of engineers and teams around the globe to define quality and reliability requirements, perform product qualifications, collaborate closely with the development engineering organization to resolve product quality and reliability issues, and manage sustaining of the products in high volume manufacturing.  You will also manage RMA failure analysis and responses to the Customers.

 

Requirement:

  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor related product development and engineering management role
  • Degree/Major: MS or Ph.D in Electrical, Computer Engineering and/or related field
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor memory and data storage products
  • Strong experience in product development as well as customer issue management
  • A solid understanding of industry-standard reliability test methods, acceleration models used for life predictions, and sampling statistics

 

This position is being offered in Boise, Idaho, or San Jose, California
