Job Description

Procurement Business Solutions Manager

  • Partners with IT Solutions to develop, manage, and execute the functional systems roadmap
  • Acts as the primary liaison and partner with the IT Solutions team to align project and process management priorities, and closing documentation gaps in existing processes
  • Partners with IT Solutions and business stakeholders to sustain and continuously improve roadmap systems after implementation
  • Understands and anticipates business system requirements
  • Builds business case for system capabilities
    • Builds case for change
    • Confirms system/technology functionality delivers/enables desired business results
  • Defines how technology fits/enables business process
  • Ensures appropriate business process exists for successful technology deployment and that business stakeholder input is utilized in process development
  • Defines and monitors reports and metrics relevant to business system outputs
  • Ensures successful adoption and use
  • Facilitates active super user community.
  • Seeks lean solutions and benchmarks best use/implementation practices
  • Builds network internally and externally to share learnings and BKMs
  • Works with IT Solutions team to translates stakeholder pain points, needs, etc. into requirements and implements solutions
  • Works with stakeholders to define business solutions strategies and works with IT Solutions team to implement systems, tools and technology

Education
