As the lead of the Technology Development NAND Device Reliability team, you will be responsible for directing activities, coordinating resources, developing team members, and ensuring execution of the team’s deliverables. In this role, you will work closely with process integration, design, quality, and product engineering teams.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • You are a highly motivated leader with strong skillsets demonstrating sound project management skills
  • You have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • You will work with cross-functional and global teams
  • You have experience defining and executing team member development
  • You will strive to set high targets; driving and enabling your team to be successful
  • Experience with circuit level and product level reliability characterization, analysis, and simulation tools
  • You possess a broad understanding of semiconductor device physics, processing, reliability mechanisms and models
  • Thorough knowledge of the fundamental operation and characteristics of passive and active devices used to build memories (DRAM, NAND, NOR)
  • Deep knowledge of data analytical skills and experience in applied statistics for reliability analysis and related software packages (JMP, R, others)
  • You should be familiar with the operation of semiconductor lab instrumentation (Parameter Analyzers, Pulse Generators, Capacitance Meters, Wafer Probers and other tools)
  • Develop a keen understanding of basic programming skills (scripting or high-level language/s – C/C++, Python, JMP JSL) to drive & facilitate efficient work processes

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a closely related field of which 2 years were spent in a leadership position as a project lead or manager
