As an intern in Micron’s Organizational Effective team, your contributions will support our greater Talent Management department mission of: “We attract exceptional people and inspire them to grow in an environment where they can thrive and contribute to our collective success” and the vision, “We strive to inspire and facilitate excellence in people and organizations.”

This opportunity is designed to be a 6 month internship for 20 - 40 hours a week at our Boise location.


Ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning, Performance Improvement or a related field.
