As a BU Sales Analyst intern, you will work as an individual contributor on one or more projects at a time. You will gain exposure to Micron’s business in the Graphics, Networking, PC, and Enterprise & Cloud market segments. You will also work with various departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Operations, Product Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, and more.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytics and recommendations to address challenging business opportunities. This will involve data mining to find disconnects in customer support/fulfillment expectations and determine the options to best resolve the gaps.
  • Provide documentation of process improvement activities.
  • Generate executive summaries and updates to presentations.
  • Participate in upper management financial planning meetings.

 

Qualifications:

Successful candidates for this position will have:

  • Strong business analysis, data mining, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. PowerPivot is a plus.
  • Superb communication, presentation, & relationship building skills.
  • A track record of academic success and achievement.

 

Education:

  • Ideal candidate will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree (BS / BA) in business, economics, finance, supply chain, or marketing.
