EA Program Manager

As an Enterprise Applications (EA) Program Manager, you are responsible for duties related to leading a successful project. You must successfully run, monitor, and control all phases of the project. You must demonstrate various levels of strategic planning including identifying project requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, coordination and adapting the specifications and approach to the different concerns and expectations of various partners, and adhere to the Micron project standards.

This is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business partners to ensure business needs are met and Micron’s profit margins are maximized within the operational constraints and strategic guidelines.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Build positive relationships within EA to understand the business challenges and opportunities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects
  • Build a collaborative partnership between EA leaders and business partners
  • Enable resource planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate and develop project scope, timeline, expectations to monitor activity and progress
  • Lead changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and raise to management
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or Business
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management related certification
  • Certified Agile Project Manager or Agile Project related certification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or Business Solution implementation
  • Ability to blend traditional project management principles with an Agile approach to help our teams bring complex projects to completion
  • Knowledge and experience with formal project/program management methodologies
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and influence others
  • Ability to drive cultural change and the understanding of change principles
  • Historical success in navigating cross-function/cross-segment, enterprise teams in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness using data to communicate and inform decisions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
