DRAM Development QA Senior Manager

As a DRAM Development QA Senior Manager, your primarily responsibility will be driving Process and Product related Quality and Reliability Risk Mitigation during Node development in TD Phase. You will define, review and coordinate effective actions to focus on key technology challenges for DRAM Nodes that allow Micron to bring higher quality solutions to market sooner. You will lead a team of engineers that will be on US and Asia sites.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Partner with Technology Development and Product Engineering on Next Node to establish Quality, Reliability(Q&R) Issues and Test Coverage, and identify NUDDs during Technode Development
  • Partner with Process PE teams to understand Probe and Test Fail modes and correlate with Circuit & Design challenges
  • Collaborate with MMJ TD teams and Taiwan Manufacturing teams to assess Q&R Risks and partner to mitigate
  • Be Voice of Customer and Manufacturing challenges in N+1 Node Development stage
  • Identification of critical Fail modes from Development phase through HVM to meet Automotive DPM requirements
  • Identification of Control Points in TD, Manufacturing and Back End Detections within Micron to correlate DPM assessment with Customer DPM and strengthen detection
  • Partner with Customer Requirements teams to define and Test Product usage conditions and other Rel requirements, Wafer Level Reliability
  • Partner with Manufacturing Quality Teams on N Node to sustain and develop the Quality Initiatives
  • Identify gaps and initiatives to build Margins around structural, Electrical, Reliability performance
  • Partner with Process and Design FMEA teams on Risk Identification and Mitigation.

 

Successful Candidates should have:

  • 8+ years of Semiconductor Process Integration, Product Development or Product Process Engineering.
  • Good Understanding of the DRAM Process Traveler and/or DRAM Product
  • Good Understanding of Electrical and Structural Memory flow.
  • Good Understanding of Device Physics, DRAM Reliability, CMOS
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects at same time.
  • Passion for improving product quality to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and facilitation skills with ability to clearly communicate complex topics.

 

Education

  • BS or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; or Materials Science and Engineering, or Physics.
