  • Write test code on Micron’s proprietary module ATE testers to implement validation flows.
  • Develop standards for signal integrity margin during ATE testing to ensure that modules are fully compatible with customer motherboard designs.
  • Ensure that power delivery is sufficient for all module MPNs to keep DRAM components within legal operating conditions.
  • Help act as an SME within product engineering for any issues involving module operation.
  • Drive resolution of module issues and facilitate the development of a network throughout Micron to own the various facets of debug.
  • Collaboration with MDG, SCG, DFT and TSE groups in order to differentiate module issues from system/DRAM issues and drive root cause analysis and test/validation coverage additions.

Required Experience:

  • Strong technical acumen, with ability to learn the technical details around module operation and provide valuable technical contribution.
  • Strong coding skills in order to develop test code on Micron’s module ATE test platform.
  • Understanding of DRAM operation, signal integrity concepts, and ability to comprehend data sheets for non-DRAM active devices.
  • Ability to work with teams from other departments to develop new business processes and establish proper areas of ownership for issues as module complexity grows.
