Crucial Ballistix Product Lead

As a Crucial Ballistix Product Lead, you will be responsible for PE product development activities supporting Crucial Ballistix activities. Crucial Ballistix is the only vertically integrated Gaming brand and serves as Micron’s flagship Gaming product for the Gaming and Enthusiast market segments. By utilizing Micron’s core strength in DRAM Design and Manufacturing, the Crucial Ballistix product line is able to provide high performance and high-quality Gaming solutions while at the same time driving significant revenue uplift to Micron. This role will work closely with product and design teams across Micron’s DRAM portfolio. You will also act as the engineering point of contact for senior leadership and partnering engineering organizations on Crucial Ballistix topics.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Define & execute Gaming specific requirements to all design and PE teams
  • Define and characterize fuse trim solutions for high speed enablement
  • Prioritize and drive tactical execution across multiple PE product teams, and provide guidance to the broad product development team
  • Lead multi-functional teams to solve critical technical problems through the different phases of product development
  • Lead meetings engaging multi-functional engineering teams driving tactical priorities
  • Responsible for product change notifications
  • Provide clear regular updates on project status, priorities, and challenges to multi-functional teams and leadership
  • Directly manage and cultivate product engineering team, routinely providing mentorship on career development and performance management

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • DRAM architecture, operation, and specification knowledge
  • DIMM construction and Gaming system knowledge a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Some experience managing a team preferred
  • Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment
  • CMOS qualification experience
  • Experience analyzing probe and backend test data
