Accountant II - Revenue

As a Revenue Accountant at Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc., you will be responsible for supporting day to day operational activities to support the Company’s distribution business. You will be responsible for processing distribution data and engaging in all aspects of resolving issues with distributors and distribution sales partners. You will support project management activities which include system integration, data reporting, and driving financial analysis to measure the health of the distribution business. You will perform distribution controls and analytics through audits and trend analysis. Additional responsibilities include supporting close activities as it relates to distribution.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Process point-of-sale, claim and inventory transactions in channel revenue management tool (Model N)
  • Create and audit distribution data
  • Create, analyze and distribute reports and indicators
  • Provide data analytics and project management support
  • Create and maintain key control processes and support close activities


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management
  • 2+ years' experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
  • Proven analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Results oriented
  • Self starter and able to work independently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong focus on accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
