This is the internship position, graduates in 2019 will be preferred. 

 

 

 

As a SSD (Solid State Drive) Firmware Testing Engineer (固件测试工程师/嵌入式软件测试工程师), you will work with an exceptionally talented core team based in Shanghai, to test and verify controller firmware for NAND-based mass storage solutions in the consumer and enterprise segments. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with fellow US based firmware engineers, system hardware design engineers, product engineers, and Flash memory design engineers, to solve cross-functional design issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation testing tools;
- You will responsible for automation testing tools development and developing customized programs
- You will develop tools and methods to improve test process, using analysis software or equipment to effectively analyze and resolve issues with the software, firmware and hardware in test environments or target systems.
- You will participate and contribute to developing new flow and process to streamline product testing/validation cycle.
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Solid software program skill, and has enthusiasm for coding and skill of Python or C/C++language.
- troubleshooting skills and skill to present the findings accurately and concisely in an organized way.
- Good communication and team work spirit.
- English language skill in writing and speaking.
- Knowledge in Jenkins is a plus
- Familiar with firmware development is a plus.
- Ability to present at duty 3-5 days per week.
