Logistics Specialist-Intern

Major Responsibilities:

  • Work with shipping staff in the preparation and verification of delivery documents;
  • Maintain and support daily handbook activities;
  • Interface with Xi'an authorities and custom clearance agents on day-to-day clearances activities;
  • Maintains quality record retention process and advises other functional groups of customs regulations;
  • Assist in handbook management, reconciliation and document integrity.


·     Bachelor's Degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
·     Good command of English (level 6).
