Job Description:

As an Engineering Data Technician(EDT) at MXA Post Electrical, you will be responsible for MFG abnormal issue troubleshooting, and you will provide supporting to engineering as needed.

  • Use department specific scripts, commands and specific software programs as needed to provide supporting data and solve production issues. Such as: MAM, TTE, SAP, EDS issue, etc.

    使用部门特定脚本,所需的指令以及特定的软件程序提供数据支持并解决生产问题。例如: MAM,TTE,SAP, EDS issue 等。

  • Response abnormal production problem as a timely manner, such as EDS issue, MSO, Remedy case.

  • Research deviations to determine cause and ensure containment as well as isolate product that has been shipped and contain affected product as needed.


  • Follow and compliance with EHSS guidelines.


  • Assist Engineer in data collection and analysis if needed.


  • Follow up special request from engineer if needed.


  • Collaborate with cross functional team to drive the quality, yield improvement, CT projects, etc.


  • Escalate the major issue to supervisor in time.






  •  familiar with windows, linux operating systems, know linux command or perl, python…programing  language well

    熟悉windows, linux操作系统,熟知linux指令或perl,python等编程语言

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

具备良好的Microsoft Office产品的工作知识

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic


  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
