As a DRAM SPMO cost engineer at F11, you will be responsible for materials budget planning, budget control, cost reduction driving, cost system development and MU network alignment. SPMO cost engineer support PEE, FAC, PUR and IT to set up the cost goal and interacting closely with them to control their budget and find out more cost opportunities to mitigate the cost gap.  In this position you will be expected to gain a firm understanding of the role of SPMO cost team as defined in SPMO mission. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to: analyzing IDM, R&M, PUR, FAC, Mask, Probe card and IT issues, developing and implementing expense monitors, and developing and proving methods to support cost sponsors for cost reduction. You will be expected to interface with F11, OCT and network cost strategy groups to accomplish these roles.

Qualifications :
 Successful candidate for this position will have :
 o Familiar with Fab operation IDM/R&M cost categories
     · IDM : gas, chemicals, photoresist, slurry, target..
     · R&M : consumable parts, spares, CCRR, tool service contract..
 o IDM/R&M cost planning skill
     ·  Budgeting : quarterly budget cycle for each process area IDM/R&M.
     ·  IDM/R&M cost reduction target setting for each process area, FAC and PUR.
 o IDM/R&M budget control and review management
     ·  Weekly review with PEE, FAC and PUR
     ·  Monthly review with PEE, FAC and PUR
 o MU network alignment capability
     ·  Process area cost review meeting
     ·  ZBA workshop / Cost PAC project
 o English speaking and writing skills (TOEIC > 600 recommended).        

 Education:
 Bachelor's degree in College of Engineering or Science or Management.
