Job Description

Validate handbook accuracy and in compliance with the Customs regulations
(1) Identify Taiwan import/ export declaration forms and review them for accuracy and compliance;
(2) Consult Customs officer for uncertain issues;
(3) Determine bonded classification and types for material;
(4) Verify monthly handbooks for their correctness;
(5) Maintain information in bonded master data;
(6) Link bonded serial number with asset number for periodical cycle count;
(7) Do monthly pre-balance for materials

Prepare/Submit Customs reports
(1) Consolidate and store bonded documents in an electronic file;
(2) Prepare and submit letter for all applications to the Customs;
(3) Apply certificate fund to the Customs;
(4) Check, confirm, and approve release order applications daily;
(5) Put in for BOM(Bill of Material) approval to the Customs;
(6) Request for scrap operation (including scrap liquid);
(7) Submit bonded monthly report to the Customs;
(8) File and keep bonded documents carefully

Take charge of bonded cycle count
(1) Confirm annual cycle count date with Customs;
(2) Prepare cycle count schedule and attention points/ hold a preliminary meeting/ collect, verify and maintain cycle count data;
(3) Accompany the Customs to proceed annual cycle count activities;
(4) Do annual balance and open a new bonded year;
(5) Prepare cycle count lists/ balance reports and provide them to the Customs

Provide bonded guidance and problem solving
(1) Answer bonded questions or request information from internal or external customers to solve problems and avoid violations of the laws;
(2) Collaborate with HR to serve as an instructor in new comers' orientation(bonded E-learning course) or forum;
(3) MES conversion validation;
(4) Record bonded guidance for E-learning material;
(5) Monitor and improve bonded process/ programs;
(6) Audit release order/ bonded capital or materials;
(7) Acquire bonded or relative knowledge;
(8) Streamline process and program improving;
(9) Flexible to be trained in other logistics functions as needed

 

Qualification

1.  2+ years' experience in bonded field (better with the experience of Assembly & Test / Science Park / Bonded Factory)
2.  Preferred Qualification:
(1) Be familiar with SAP
(2) Good understanding of basic computer software (windows, word, excel, PPT, outlook)
(3) Working collaboratively and autonomously to get things done
(4) Open mind to communication and with positive manners
(5) Be capable of communicating in English
(6) Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
