Sr Regional Sales Manager


Responsibilities / Output:

Senior Regional Sales Managers at Micron have total ownership and accountability for general business management and customer support activities for the region.

Sales ownership is expected throughout the entire sales process (qualification to end-of-life).

Achieve Quarterly Revenue Targets as determined by sales management.

Establish, develop, maintain productive professional customer relationships.

Understand the individual customer requirements, products and applications.

Plan, organize, monitor and control, activities and performance of direct reports.

Communicate and report regularly on activities and efforts in the region.

Report on regional market and segment trends and information on customers, applications and pricing.

Adapt strategies and actions according to market trends to achieve business objectives at customers.

Constant collaboration and alignment with other functions, groups or departments within Micron and Spectek to enable achievement of objectives.


Experience and skill required:

  1. Minimum of 10 year’s semiconductor sales experience.
  2. Graduate Business or Engineering University qualification
  3. Based in Taipei
  4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
  5.  Willingness to travel within Asia and to the USA on occasion.
  6. Detail orientation in approach to execution of tasks.
  7. Confidence and proof of decisiveness in execution of tasks.
  8. Ability to function independently.
  9. Leadership and management experience.
  10. Knowledge of general Sales and Selling processes and procedures in the Semiconductor industry.
