As a Global Quality (GQ) Customer Audit Analyst in the Customer Audit team for the Quality Management Office (QMO) you will be responsible for coordinating customer audit and visit schedules, handling customer audits and visits, communicating results and feedback from the audits and visits.


In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with cross functional teams to prepare, document and follow-up for customer audits and visits. You need to have a working knowledge of quality management system standards, methods, processes and procedures in accordance to ISO and IATF requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).


Responsibilities and Tasks


•             Ensure customer audit and visit requests in SFDC entries are verified for required details.

•             Coordinate with cross functional teams on the customer audit schedules, planning logistics and scheduling of resources.

•             Enter the customer audit and visit schedules in the SharePoint Calendar and create the audit workspace in SharePoint for materials documentation.

•             Act as a point of contact to communicate customer audit expectation to the teams such as audit agenda, checklist and so forth.

•             Assist in sharing information with stakeholders during the customer audit and visit preparation.

•             Support on-site customer audits if required.

•             Follow-up the post audit activities including communication and coordination to ensure CAPA response submission within expectation and the action item completion for closure.

•             Track and summarize customer audit indicators for improvement review.

•             Work with the QMO team and Finance for cost budgeting & expenses tracking and reporting.

•             Support supplier/subcontractor audits if needed.




•             Ability to coordinate efficiently with cross functional teams to plan, support and follow-up customer audit and visit

•             Excellent problem solving, presentation and communication skills

•             A good team player as well as able to work independently

•             Ability to be action-oriented and organized

•             Traveling is required


Education & Experience:


•             Degree in engineering. Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.

•             Desired 3 to 5 years of work experiences in QMS Audits in semiconductor industry

•             Attended Lead Assessor course in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 8D)

•             Experienced with SharePoint and Microsoft office package, proficient in Excel

•             Bilingual in English and Chinese as this position is going to be stationed in Taiwan
