Description

As a F16 Process Integration Department Manager,   you will be leading a team that is responsible for partnering with Processing Engineering, Production, Product, and Quality Engineering to help F16 achieve its Yield, Quality, Output, and Cost objectives. You must be able manage a highly technical group that provides and implements high quality solutions to problems in a very fast paced and changing environment. Teamwork and the ability to communicate very complex problems and issues to both internal and external groups are essential to your success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide a work environment that empowers employees to creatively improve their work environment, instills a sense of ownership in Micron, and supports a team effort
  • Assist and guide the F16 PI Team in appropriate organization alignment to meet our site mission
  • Ensure Process Integration roles and responsibilities are established per Micron standards
  • Establishes goals with measurable metrics, reasonable expectations and timelines that relate to corporate/department goals 
  • Enable F16 engineering teams to fully utilize testing and characterization data for purpose of improving Yield and Quality
  • Ensure accurate and timely Yields curve, DPW targets and die availabilities meet Micron expectations
  • Works to ensure BKM’s are being applied and shared with the Micron network
  • Ensure Data Analysis tools and techniques are part of a CIP culture
  • Identify training requirements and help develop training plans
  • Drive yield improvement activities
