As a Site Finance Manager at Fab 16 of Micron Memory Taiwan, you will be responsible for all aspects of budgeting, financial analysis, planning and reporting for the Fab16 site operations.  In this role, you will serve as a liaison for site and finance management on forecast communication, interpret end results and make recommendations as trusted advisor. You will also be responsible for directing strategic forecast-related analysis and provide guidance to achieve site financial objectives. You will collaborate and partner with site Operations and various Finance teams to optimize budgeting systems and processes to adapt to changes in the business. You will also manage performance for your direct reports, providing guidance, advice and leadership.




  • Support monthly review, analysis and report of actual spends and costs, and variance analysis of performance to plan
  • Drive quarterly budgetary activity, lead reviews, analysis and report of Site Budgets and performance
  • Prepare, review and present business results and projections to management team
  • Provide support/assistance to cost centre managers with respect to expense planning, cost control and variance reporting
  • Ongoing support of management information requests and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Establish a strong understanding of fab financials and cost drivers to provide effective analysis and help drive good business decisions and competitive costs (include benchmarking, identification of cost saving opportunities through data and metrics).
  • Continuous review of financial analysis methods, tools, product cost allocation model and processes; implement improvements as needed in order to improve the quality of data and its analytics.
  • Continuously work to improve the coordination and communication among site finance teams, Taiwan Shared Services Centre (SSC) as well as Worldwide Operation Finance team.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Manage team member performance and development.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 6 years of Accounting or Finance experience
  • Prior work experience in the Semiconductor industry and/or manufacturing operations is a plus
  • Proficient in ERP systems (such as SAP), Microsoft Office suite and database applications (such as Cognos)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Planning, reporting and/or financial modeling experience
  • Experience in partnering with Operations and Finance teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
