OCT CPEE PLANNING COST PROGRAM ENGINEER

As a OCT CPEE Planning Cost Program Engineer, you are responsible for overseeing activities to achieve the Best in Class Cost performance across the network. You are also expected to work closely with the sites to find out areas of opportunities and analyse their performance to plan data to improve the overall cost of operations. Your responsibilities (not exhaustive) includes facilitating network meetings such as the Area Cost Meetings, BAT alignment meeting and cost related workshops. You will also need to assist the cost manager to oversee the entire network cost program by enabling key initiatives in the Cost Rock Program. You will also need to work with the global supporting functions such as facilities, procurement to enable synergy with the cost rock program.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Managing program roadmap revision process on semi-annual basis
  • Managing Tier1 program metrics to ensure its effectiveness and alignment cross the network
  • Managing worldwide IPP metrics
  • Managing IPP goal language update for the network
  • Managing program monthly OSIR update process
  • Collaborate with program managers to ensure various update for leadership team meet the business need
  • Provide program support to ensure PAC provide overall support and governance to BAT.

 

Facilitate and manage WW area meeting and activities

  • Facilitate regular area meetings and communicate with members to stimulate discussion among members. Use appropriate tools to make business decisions.
  • Ensure each project meets the program requirements
  • Perform a leadership role to ensure Area project progress and action items are being tracked and closed

 

Liaison for Business capability team

  • Collaborate with PAC Manager for IT prioritization process
  • Collaborate with program managers to ensure PAC needs are being present in the IT prioritization meetings
  • Provide guidance and coaching to OPMO team members who supports PAC projects
  • Responsible for secure OPMO support for PAC projects
  • Provide guidance to Aux IT team
  • Communicate with both PAC stakeholders and Aux IT team to ensure roadblocks are being removed on timely manner for the success of PAC projects

 

Requirements :

  • Masters/Bachelors from Engineering backgrounds with relevant experiences.
  • Willing to travel
