Job Summary

As a QEM Wafer Level Test and Yield Owner in Fab10, your responsibilities would include driving fab wafer level test and high stack yield activities to meet product yield goal for early SBU/MBU product enablement.  Work closely with PE/PI/PYE teams to manage overall wafer level test yield roadmap, improvment actions, as well as high stack improvment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • FAB wafer level test yield owner, lead Yield enhancement for wafer level test, including yield monitoring, performance to plan, drive wafer level test yield program, coordinate FAB/PE/PYE effort to resolve process/device/test related yield issues.
  • Assess wafer level test cum yield ROI, reference PTS flow/yield to influence wafer level test flow to minimize wafer level flow overkill and mis-coverage.   Work with PE on wafer level test/device optimization.
  • Bench characterization/EFA on wafer level test failures, propose solution for baseline improvement.
  • High Stack yield enhancement. work with PYE/PE to monitor high stack yield performance to plan, resolve high stack yield challenge, coordinate FAB/PE/PYE effort to resolve process/device/test related yield issues.
  • Work and propose strategy to improve high stack yield such as additional wafer level test coverage or material channeling.

 

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor or Masters in Electrical Engineering,  Microelectronic background is preffered.
  • Experience in yield analysis/EFA will be added advantage in consideration.
