Job Description:

A Customer Sales Operations Specialist maintain and grow customer relationships.  Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure market share and sale plan goals are met, while taking into account Micron’s best interest. We aim to make the order process as straight forward as possible for our customers and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving problems. We drive increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer experience and our team goals are Team development, Revenue optimization, Proactive Inventory Management and Becoming Metrics Driven Organization. As an individual, you will be able to build relationships both externally with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments. You need to demonstrate an ability to think ahead, be proactive, make decisions based on available data and work within the global memory market.  The CSO role offers an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic international environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: (Inside Sales/ Customer Service)

?              Day to day management of customers’ accounts ensuring that a professional & interactive relationship is developed.

?              Ensure proactive steps are taken to optimize the sales plans, maintain target inventory and meet other metric goals.

?              Proactive monitoring/analyzing of sales forecast to identify gap between supply and demand.

?              Maintaining Contract pricing and quotes where applicable.

?              Collaborate closely in conjunction with internal partners for operational efficiency.

?              Focal point for customer related issues /escalations.

?              Proactive approach to continuous improvement including establishment of best practices for customer support.

?              Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

? Energetic team player with an ethos of high performance.

? Adaptability to change in a highly dynamic/challenging work environment.

? Ability to manage own time, multi-task combined with strong organizational skills.

? Self-motivated, driven, dedicated, and willing to learn with a desire to succeed.

? Excellent problem solving Skills.

? Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.

? Adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service.

? Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel), ERP/CRM system or similar ( SAP, Salesforce.com, Sharepoint, Model N); a technical aptitude to learn software tools is preferred

 

? Some travelling may be required to events and customer visits

? 3-5 years related experience of inside sales prefera
