As a Global Account Manager in the Sales Department at Micron Semiconductor Products, Inc., you will use your experience to manage the global Micron sales relationship for a strategic account or accounts.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer relationships to establish broad and deep relationships at targeted customer(s)
  • Be the customer’s voice into Micron’s various Business Units and stakeholder teams
  • Drive the overall account strategy for Micron by maintaining strategic account plans, which are reviewed with stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Develop and manage new design activity to achieve account goals
  • Attain and exceed quarterly sales targets while optimizing gross margin and relevant market share
  • Identify customer technical/business ops/support programs to align internal resources required to support TAM, revenue, and GM targets
  • Track, report and manage all opportunities in SFDC
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of required systems and relationships necessary to achieve your goals
  • Work collaboratively with global account teams to achieve account goals
  • Establish working relationships with 3rd party sales and fulfilment partners (ODMs, System Integrators, OEMs, etc) which touch your account(s)
  • Continually Develop and Maintain a deep understanding of business unit strategies
  • Work closely with other Micron departments, Marketing, Quality, Engineering and Operations to ensure Micron compliance to customers requirements.



  • At least 10 years experience in the semiconductor and/or tech industry as a high performing sales executive
  • Able to understand and negotiate customer contracts and work closely with legal teams
  • Experience in Global Account Management for Fortune 50 companies
  • Strong knowledge of market trends both technically and from the customer side
  • Experience managing global sales resources and willingness to travel as needed internationally
  • Ideal candidate will have relevant storage industry experience


BS or equivalent foreign education


This position is in the Seattle, WA Metro area.
