Job Responsibilities:

  • As a product owner, you are responsible to report product KPI and HVM dashboard and flag issues from high level metrics.
  • Familiar with product issues (yield/cell/defectivity/RMA/deviations), work with product/fab/engineering teams in problem analysis, provide solutions and track effectiveness of solutions.
  • Opportunity to leverage on latest development in data analytics and machine learning and find applications in problem solving and solutions delivery.
  • Define product PSEPC, deploy product dispo strategy across the portfolio of products.
  • Maintain probe/backend dispo limits/SBL list. Set up HVM monitor infrastructure.
  • React to HVM deviation triggers and work with relevant teams for issue understanding and resolution.
  • Track key process changes and understanding on process to product interaction. Build knowledge database on past issues learnt throughout life cycle of the products.
  • Perform process conversion Class 1 and 2, review and approval, part of the PORRB.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong drive and excellent communication skills.
  • Min 1 year experience in yield engineering, quality assurance role or direct experience in fab process conversion approval would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics and Machine Learning would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge in Microelectronics, wafer fabrication process, process FMEA, reliability statistics, would be an added advantage.
