Job Description

As a Process Engineer in ATE team, you will be involved in new technology transfer from R&D site and you will be responsible to setup new processes as required by the new technology, carry out evaluation to optimize process capability, and improve process baseline in order to support technology yield ramp. 


 Responsibilities and Tasks

- Set up processes, design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies for new technology start up.

- Analyze process data and conduct Design of Experiment (DOE) to troubleshoot process issues and optimize process conditions.

- Improve process margin to achieve high device yield, quality and reliability.

- Initiate and execute process and equipment improvements for manufacturing productivity improvement and cost competitiveness.

- Liaise with external suppliers and internal professionals from other departments to task and support for engineering activities.

- Conduct appropriate equipment and tools, or process qualification.

- Write process work procedure, specification, OCAP, and technical reports.



- Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering.

- Knowledgeable about fab processes.

- Demostrate understanding of SPC concept and its applications to control process and equipment.

- Self driven, able to work without supervision and possess strong time management skills 

- Strong self motivation, proactive in problem solving, willing to take responsibility.

- Demonstrate ability to work independently and also good team work skills.

- Excellent skills in written communication, listening, presentation, and data analysis 

- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Sharepoint, Macro and Scripting skills is a pluspoint.
