Major Responsibilities:

Manage production shift performance

- Set up machine plan and line arrangement based on wipe situation.

- Utilize the OEE program to understand and monitor area efficiency.

- Organize people arrangement to meet shiftily output target.

- Manage conflict within areas.

- Report area efficiency progress to Production Manager on a regular basis.


Manage shift personnel

- Review attendance, OT plan and HC Management.

- Review Train profiles progress or Train reports to ensure team members are properly trained.

- Utilize corporate resources including HR, legal, and health services.

- Observe team member work and consistently enforce procedures and work rules


Manage safe and compliant with environment

- Maintain safety operation and inculcate safety operation awareness to employee.

- Perform work area inspections to identify, anticipate and promptly correct hazards.

- Encourage hazard identification and safe work practices by giving periodic workplace safety talks and rewarding earned safety accomplishments


Manage quality

- Manage quality improvement programs in respective areas.

- Manage quality division report/low tech error follow-ups.

- Conduct timely event investigations using root cause analysis techniques.

- Make strategy to enforce production team continuous improvement on quality.

- Ensure products confirm to quality requirements and escalate/stop production if quality event occur.


Manage emergency

- On site operation/site commander in night and weekend for any emergency issue pertained to but not limited to safety, quality, people discipline, VIP visitor etc.


Solve problem and manage issues with team

- Be proactive to avert avoidable problems.

- Use effective problem-solving skills.

- Supervise and Communicate whole site issues with related managers during night shift and weekend.

- Seek out issues, projects, or tasks.

- Perform tasks and assignments without being reminded.

- Accept responsibility, be accountable, and follow through with commitments.

- Organize analysis activities to maintain material consumption within reasonable rate


Qualification and Requriement :

- At least 5 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing environments.

- candidate must posses bachelor degree in related field

- strong leadership and must be able to work under pressure

- good communication and interation skills
