You will be mentored and guided by seasoned HR professionals that will lend their experience and knowledge to help prepare you for an accelerated career path in Human Resources. The internship is expected to last for 6 months with part-time or full-time flexibility.

Responsibilities and Tasks: 
Partner with experienced HRBPs in the Development of HR Solutions

  • Gather customer and business partner input
  • Proactively assess and identify customers tactical and strategic HR needs
  • Participate in solution development
  • Test potential solutions with customers
  • Support HRBPs and customers
  • Gather needed supporting data
  • Analyze and interpret data
  • Provide data interpretation to appropriate parties
  • Participate in customer business-related projects as required
  • Assist with meaningful and accurate workplace metrics for the business (analyze data, assess risk, interpret results and recommend appropriate actions, alternatives, and solutions) to drive proactive data-driven business decisions



Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field

  • Minimum of junior status and planning to return/continue school after your internship
