The Channel Program Manager is responsible for working with Sales, Finance, Accounting and Management team members to evaluate, analyze and propose customer programs for approval, then document and track such programs. The role interacts closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure claims are aligned with documented programs and fall within planned budgets and business plans. The team also provides Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and Finance with reporting and analysis - current and historical sales trends, goal achievement, profitability, net sales, customer presentations and other data as needed.  Additional responsibilities include: managing the new customer set up process, daily support for NA/LA/ANZ Sales, process development, special projects and acting as the point of contact for NA/LA Sales for system related needs and trouble-shooting (Cognos, SAP, EDI).  

A strong understanding of Customer Programs, Finance and Accounting principles will be critical as this role supports sales, finance and senior management in managing and documenting customer programs and profitability.

Both direct and indirect people management skills are necessary.



  • Obtain and document customer program requirements from sales team members and/or customers.
  • Provide executive summary of program requirements for review and approval annually, ad-hoc when changes are requested and when new customers are proposed for on-boarding.
  • Track programs against budget and for profitability.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting to identify risk or gaps, and to propose solutions to minimize such exposure.
  • Work with finance to evaluate customer and regional profitability and ASP on a quarterly basis.
    • Present summary of findings to executive management on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain schedule to ensure new customer programs and additions to customer programs are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
  • Work with reporting teams and finance to ensure continual process improvement in documenting and tracking customer programs.



  • Strong organization and documentation skill and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Work, Outlook)



  • BA or BS required
