As F15 ADTJ Process and Equipment Engineering (PEE) Director, you are accountable for establishing and continuously improving the performance of the overall fab Process and Equipment Teams to achieve Best-In-Class performance of Micron’s new technology products and derivatives’ TTMCY, TTQ, Cycle Time and Cost.

 

This includes overseeing activities related to the technical support and sustaining engineering functions in collaboration with other departments and partners to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and production yields for new and existing products. The role is also responsible in driving Equipment Strategy/MTEP, new technode equipment install/release and technology transfer activities across Micron facilities.

 

Your responsibilities also include the selection, development and sustainability of a high value workforce, as well as technical and leadership development.

 

Department Management

 

·  Identify manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department

 

·  Formulate and drive fixes for main yield issues across all products

 

·  Manage new tool purchases, installations, and qualifications

 

·  Manage new process/product qualification and integration with TD, production and process engineering

 

·  Coordinate with OCT, TD and partners to support global initiative, Copy Smart initiative and others

 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

·  Provide project resources and remove barriers

 

Environmental, Health, Safety and Security

 

·  Exercise due diligence to prevent and detect safety and environmental hazards and violations

 

·  Demonstrate support for EHS programs to reinforce a positive culture for EHS activities

 

·  Demonstrate support for the execution of the EHS management systems throughout the organization

 

·  Promptly implement preventative and corrective actions when gaps in expectations are identified

   

 

Education

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience  

     

 

Experience

At least 5 years’ relevant experience as manager
