Job Description

 

F15 RDA Group Equipment Engineer is responsible for correctly detecting abnormalities in the diffusion line by using defect inspection and review tools. The biggest mission of this job is to provide proper metrics that can contribute to minimizing excursions and improving yield.

 

  1. Responsibilities and Tasks

・Understand the detection principles of defect inspection/review tools.
・Provide appropriate inspection steps and sensitivity to minimize excursions.
・Monitor and maintain utilization of tools.
・Provide necessary and proper metrics useful for monitoring defects.
・Implement collaboration activities with tool vendors.
・Control selection and release of inspection tools, taking productivity into account.
・Being kept updated on the latest inspection technology trend and expertise from RnD and tool vendors.

 

  1. Qualifications & Requirements(Not all need to be met.)

・Basic knowledge of DRAM.
・Experience in the jobs associated with defect inspection/review tools.
・Skills to analyze data statistically/logically.

・Multi-tasking and priority setting abilities.
・Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
・English communication skills.
