As Control Systems Management Manager for Fab15, you will be directing and sustaining Change Management’s Process Control, Traveler Control and Process Control Systems groups while interacting with Fab Central Teams, IS, Production, Process Integration and Area Engineering to maintain critical data systems used in the fabrication areas. The primary goal of the Control Systems Management Section Manager is to direct a team of technicians and engineers, driving toward consistent and controlled change management and process control practices related to change control systems and process control systems. The Section Manager is also responsible for professional development, training and performance management issues of Control Systems Management team members.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Working with Production and Engineering Managers, Change Management, Planning, IS and area engineers on issues that are key to the continued success of the Fab
  • Refining process control methodologies and continued development of change control process flow
  • Alignment of process control business practices between areas
  • Development of training programs for area personnel and/or standards deployment
  • Manage and measure projects to ensure deliverables and time frames are met.
  • Work to eliminate internal and external distractions that restrict the area from focusing on their responsibilities and tasks
  • Maintaining data in Fab15 systems including GeRM, MES, ET, Sigma, Trav, LMS, QTime, E3 FDC, E3 R2R and SPACE  
  • Communication with production, engineering, planning, process integration and management on Change Management issues
  •  

Education Required

 Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Related field of study

Experience Required

 Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
