SLC Nand Product Line manager

Description

This high impact individual will have P&L responsibility for SLC Nand product line in the embedded business unit at Micron. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, with a good mix of business and technical skills, able to think outside the box and possess the necessary skill to transform challenges into opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L responsibility for SLC Nand with over $300M in annual revenues
  • Manage the complete SLC product line life cycle from creating the strategic business plan to tactical execution
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new SLC products targeting the embedded market
  • Identify gaps and implement changes in product line to profitably increase revenue and market share for existing products.
  • Support customers and sales team with product collateral
  • Monitor design win progress in key segments/accounts
  • Develop pricing strategy for product line
  • Tactical activities include working closely with engineering on product features and timelines, leading cost reduction activities, working on product change notifications, supporting supply escalations and responding to requests from customers and internal partners within the business unit

 

Requirements

  • MBA and/or Masters in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Strong background and understanding of memory products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • This position will require some travel to customer and non-customer sites worldwide
