The EMEA Marketing Management team is looking to add a highly experienced and resourceful Regional Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of partner marketing in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and in Eastern Europe, defining how we market to our partners and through them to the end-customer.  This role will suit seasoned marketers who have substantial experience in working with IT partners and getting the best ROI for marketing investments


You will be able to demonstrate a track record of building partnerships and providing thought leadership. You will be entrepreneurial and able to work closely with sales to identify opportunities in new and existing accounts



• Manage marketing relationships with our customers to ensure maximum presence through their marketing reach

• Deliver product promotions to sales and downstream customers, providing detailed metrics and reporting

• Collaborate with regional sales managers to plan customer marketing funds, providing guidance and best practise examples that will deliver maximum E2R

• Regularly review progress against the quarterly marketing plans, providing proposals on actions to be taken to optimise execution and return

• Manage agency execution to deliver creative concepts for bespoke customer presentations

• illingness to travel internationally up to 40% of your time.



Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of Manger level Marketing experience within the IT sector or consumer electronics.

• Fluent in German and English languages, Russian or Polish are highly desirable additions.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as a deeply proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals.

• Excellent knowledge of business fundamentals, strategy, finance and legal compliance

• Previous experience working with e-commerce, IT distribution, DMR/NSP, Large VARs and associated partner programs is a strong plus.
