Micron Europe Limited is looking to expand our team in Bracknell, UK with an enthusiastic/experienced Customer Sales Operations Specialist to drive customer support for named customers. 

 

As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist (CSO) within Micron Europe Ltd you will be responsible for interacting with our customer base in order to maintain and grow Micron’s customer relationships. It will be necessary for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market share and sales plan goals are met, while taking into account Micron’s best interest.

 

In Sales Operations we aim to make the order process as efficient as possible and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving any customer issues. This will require you to build and maintain a network of contacts with internal teams in order to help support and ultimately provide an exceptional experience for Micron’s customers. As a CSO you will achieve this by continually striving towards our Sales Operations Strategic Objectives; Exceptional Customer Experience, Revenue Optimization, Inventory Management and Professional Development.

 

 The CSO role offers an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic international environment in growing business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day management of customers’ accounts to ensure that a professional and interactive relationship is developed and maintained
  • Ensure proactive steps are taken to optimize sales plans, maintain target inventory and meet other metric goals
  • Proactively monitor and analyze sales forecast to identify gaps between supply and demand
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners for operational efficiency.
  • Co-ordination of difficult and/or unusual situations/ escalations
  • Adopt a flexible approach to increase and maintain the quality of service, participate in improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the establishment of best practices for customer support
  • Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to facilitate sales efforts

  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel), ERP/CRM system (SAP or similar) Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Model N); a technical aptitude to learn software tools is preferred
  • Some travelling may be required to events, training and customer visits
  • Ability to represent the company in a highly professional manner both over the phone and face-to-face
